Corny keg beer shank?

I've gone down a rabbit hole of kegging and tapping because I recently acquired some taps, which I had no intention of buying, but they came with a job lot.

Some of you may know that I'm planning to make homebrew into craft brew (i.e. sell my product). This sometimes means that I see a problem from the wrong side.

Right now, I'm looking at how I could install a corny keg in a pub. There's a lot of products to change a sanke keg into a ball lock/ corny keg fitting, but I can't see a product that allows the opposite, a corny keg to dispense like a commercial keg. Is there such a thing?
