How do you work and mom?

As a first time mom to a beautiful 4mo, I cannot fathom continuing to work full time and be able to provide mentally, emotionally, or physically for her. Spending the remainder of my brain power trying to figure out if my husband makes enough for me to stay home. Spending the remainder of my emotional energy for the day trying to figure out if I can handle being a stay at home mom.
