Unable to Buy Skins from Ubi Store

Need help. I'm on PC trying to purchase the Inquisitor Yinchen skin from the store and I get, "The product you want to buy is not available in your country" message. Have never seen this before today. I've restarted and tried to buy again but get the same message. Any ideas what's happening here? Would appreciate it.
