Cloud data got overriden after fresh installation

Android user here. With the latest update the daily task challenge were not updating. So I uninstalled and installed the app . After launching the app it didn't ask me for to load cloud data. I continued with the game and played tutorial race. after competing the tutorial i connected to my Google account and everything was reset It has been 3 days and I am not getting a concrete solution From the support team

support team asked me to contact the new account. I messaged them with the details. After closing and opening the application I don't see my previous conversation with the support team I have filled the form with the details of the deleted account and there is no update on it
