Credit score randomly dropped 54 points

I got a email from capital one saying my vantage score has dropped 54 points, but the only recent things that have happened was me having some late payments but none more than 30 days. No delinquent accounts. So I checked experian and my scores were- experian:608 Transunion:624 Equifax:614. But the capital one app shows my vantage score as 550 for some reason. Can anyone advise me on what to do? I’m also having a hard time figuring what a vantage score is and the difference between vantage and transunion. Any help is appreciated
