Scared of speed?

Im a 20yr old Female. Like the title says, I don’t know what the problem with me is, but basically I get the free-falling sort of scared feeling when I’m in a car? Idk I don’t remember having that when I was younger. But when Im in an uber/in a car, even though the speed of the car is not that much, sometimes I just get this feeling and it freaks me our (obviously I don’t show because it’s embarrassing. Could it be a medical thing? Because this is not normal.
