Cancer information

Hi all!

I started my career in HR two years ago, i have had 3 jobs in HR, one for a year, then two contract positions that didn’t last very long.

I didn’t know at the time of my first job, that I had cancer(am cancer free now!). But this cancer also came with some mental/physical side effects that I wasn’t aware of at the time.

Is this something I should disclose in my cover letter?
