Mi band 8 CN malfunction

My mi band is not properly reading my heart rate; while I was running on the treadmill and catching my breath, my mi band measured an average of 90; on the treadmill sensors, it measured around 175. This is the first time this has happened because the results were fine when I ran outside a few days ago. I even tried rebooting, but the measurements remained the same, incorrect.

What can be a remedy for this? Are there others who’ve had the same problem?
