How do yall get out from Fi trickster?

I have noticed that Extps tend to be in Fi trickster when young. They want to be right no matter what (=My way of thinking is the only right, logical one, and yours sucks). They're emotional not in a healthy way. Try to fit in with Fe and expect others to Fe-ing them too. Also very attached to their own thoughts and kinda too protective, ready to defend them more than Fi users even by being disrespectful (cause used wrongly lol).

How can I stop? I want to have a well developed Ti and stop this Fi shit but it comes natural to me using Fi in a stupid way.
