Has anyone tried to recreate Green Chef's Basil Pistou?

Can't find a copycat recipe anywhere. I love their Pistou Chicken Couscous Bowls- especially the couscous with kale and dates. It uses some of the pistou and it doesn't taste quite the same using a regular pesto. Thoughts?
