Step 1 application rejected

My step 1 application was rejected because my diploma format was different. So ecfmg told me they send an email to verify my diploma to my school, but my school is saying they havent received the email. And ecfmg is saying they cant process my application until my school verifies the diploma but my schools emails arent reaching ecfmg and ecfmgs emails arent reaching my school. My school even send an email updating their current email at deansbox@ecfmg.com. Im so confused and scared why this is happening and what i can do.
