what to expect at first FBT session?

I've got my first fbt session on Friday and I have no idea what to expect. I'd love some clarity on the process and what would probably end up happening because I feel super lost and anxious about it. I'm also trying to make a list of questions for the person but I keep forgetting the questions I think of, so if you guys have any good suggestions for questions I should ask or any questions that you asked on your first appointment, please let me know!

Also, is fbt effective? I've heard a lot of mixed messages about it and I really just need some clarity.

Sorry, I've just thought of something else; how long does fbt take? How long until i can go back to normal life without being on bedrest at home ect
