Soundbar advice

I am in the process of planning my home theater and am seeking some advice about a good sound system. The room is a dedicated theater that is 21' x 16' and I am looking to have a good system without the hassle of having a receiver with ten thousand wires to figure out how to run and then calibrate and all that extra jazz. My wife/kids will also be using this at some point so simplicity and ease of use is relatively important to me.

I would love some favorites or top picks somewhere between $2k-$5k. I have read about the Sonos Arc and was wondering if anyone had experience with that?

Thanks!
