How to stop my feet stinking?

I had to walk to work this morning and it was pouring of rain and my feet got soaked right through my shoes so now my feet stink going home and changing isn’t an option.

Is there anything I can’t do to fix this short term?

I know I’ll need new shoes but I walk over 7 miles a day and go through shoes so I can only get cheap ones which have the massive drawback of being like a sponge during rain.
