Do I need to drink more because I talk so much??

So I'm a homie by necessity - I have a condition that requires me to stay very hydrated/keep my urine at piss god levels. However, I get worried I am drinking too much (yes I have a urologist, yes I'm gonna ask them about it lol). I drink so much not only to help this condition but also because I am super thirsty??

I do see people here saying it's okay if you are sweating a ton and losing a lot of water (obviously). However I don't work out or exert myself/sweat a lot. What I do do is talk... a lot. I'm a college professor so I have to talk loudly/project my voice for hours at a time every day. Do you think I'm losing a lot of water through my mouth and my dry mouth/throat is why I want to drink so much? Could this be possible?

I'm literally a biologist but I somehow just want the opinions of the homies on this matter - thank you for your service 🙏
