What to choose for a Product Design projects

Okay, for some context, I am an architect with no prior background in product design and I’m planning to pursue master’s in Product Design. But I’m on an impasse right now, mostly because I’m unable to choose which Project to pursue to better showcase in my portfolio. I can Definitely use some advice, How should I go about it. I’m particularly drawn towards Stationary products, Electronics such as earphones, or everyday carry objects. Thank you in advance.
