Astrology?

Someone just posted in the OCD community asking about planetary combinations that could cause OCD. Does anyone else find astrology like this very triggering? It's the belief that everything is fated or predestined. I don't believe in it but my OCD says if I can't control the planets but they can control me what's the point to anything? Feeling a strong need to do rituals now to take back control 😭
