Contractee showed employee contract draft (AZ)

I'm a single person independent contractor. We were negotiating a contract, which was a copy of a previous one and they had even forgotten to change a date in it. They sent an email to me and the other regular employee with the contract in the email. The employee has nothing to do with the negotiations. Now they know everything about it. I brought up the email to the attention of the person responsible and I was pretty much ignored.

Soon after they said their budget was "suddenly" not as much as they thought. There was no NDA in there on my side. Would that make a difference with it being a draft? Would the previous date in there make a difference? The employee in the email is the only person I have worked with during that previous contract.

I don't know what my rights are, if any, other than to maybe say shame on you and put in an NDA, or walk away. It is not too late for me to amend the contract and put one in for myself if someone knows a simple one for independent contractors, or where to look.
