MIL is insane

This is not the first time this has happened. My mother in law makes up these lies and says she spoke to me or my spouse about something and then will talk to one of us and make plans and puts us on the spot and then we get together to find out it was all a lie for her to get her own way.

My MIL had her side of the family show up at our home the other night unexpected because she told them that we desperately needed help and to come help me and my spouse out around the house and that she spoke to us and told her to call around…. This never happened we never asked anyone for help and it’s blowing my mind how bad she is getting.

I cannot stand her!!!!
