Wrist hurts after forearm tattoo, is this normal or should I be worried?

My most recent tattoo has thicker lines than my first so i'm not actually surprised it aches more. The only thing that is bad is I woke up with the ache and pain down to my wrist. I just wanted to see if this was normal or if I need to be concerned? It's in saniderm. The ink looks runny in some places but it looks like it's just probably because it's in saniderm
