Why do people do this?

I don't know how to title the post lol anyway Something that always bothered me is how people are so quick to call a character toxic just because of a few traits they got, a character can't be relatable and human if it is perfect.. they got to have flaws like us and do dumb shit sometimes, heck! even hurt other intentionally and non intentionally because let's be honest we all did hurt someone before either with our words or actions.. that doesn't make us toxic or evil, it is only a normal human behaviour.. we mess up and learn from our mistakes and grew to be a better person, as long there's empathy and self awareness one's actions doesn't always translate to him being toxic. Ofc not talking about the literally TOXIC characters who are full of shit, because there is evil characters and there's grey ones. In short words, I just believe people now use the word "toxic" so loosely. Idk lemme know what you feel about it.
