What can I do with my car loan?

I am coming up closure of my personal loan and want to see what I can do to reduce my car loan terms. A note to add; my personal loan and car loan are with the same credit union. Can I ask for an aggressive change to my car loan? I’d love to pay this off this year but will highly depend if I can adjust the rate. Any advice helps.
