Outlet giving me weird voltage readings.

UK 240V outlet is reading the following:

Live-to-Neutral = 30V

Live-to-Ground = 30V

Neutral-to-Ground = 0V

I have read online that it is most likely a neutral fault. How would I go about resolving this issue?
