Sectional with odor

Recently I bought a fabric sectional but it has quite a distinct odor. There were definitely pets in the house and probably children too.

The smell was pretty horrible at first but I used Stanley Steemer and that helped. I called them to come back this weekend because after it dried it still has an odor when you sit/lay in it. Hopefully they can remedy this but if not, what can I do to remove this odor? And can I possibly use a product that can sit on the couch until they come clean it again?
