stupidvisor keeps sending me help when I’m only 4-5 hours in (8 hr route)

I clock in at 8:30 . I usually leave the office at 10:30 - 11:30 . It takes a while to case because there are 3 CBU’s so I have to separate everything .

I get to the third CBU at like 2-3pm and literally every time I finish it he’s sending me help to split the route . The route Evaluation is 8.20 hours .

I can understand if he was sending me help if it’s like 5pm but he keeps sending me help when It’s like 2pm and then acting like I’m not fast or something . The route has a lot of extra bullshit like A package pickup every single day with 20-35 packages . When big packages dont fit in the CBU I have to bring them to their door . Ontop of that I’m a sub on Tuesday which is when there is heavy red plum . I’m not having trouble delivering the route . I guess I need to case the route 30 minutes before clock in just like everyone else in the office .
