How do you feel about non-movement duelists in pro play?

That was my attempt to describe everyone that is not Jett/Raze/Neon, that being Phoenix, Yoru, Reyna and the newest addition, ISO.

Breaking the line is very strong in this game and it seems that Riot knows about it. I feel like they are trying to place those duelists in the flex role, like what Sentinels or PRX did came up with Yoru/Reyna/Phoenix.

Would you like to see these characters being buffed to be more consistently viable or do you like them as those very niche picks? Can they be entertaining to watch without being as flashy as the movement agents?
