Nintendo switch voucher question.

I see dq11 and A few other second party games on the voucher system. But DQM a dark prince isn't.

Has it been confirmed or not if DQM will be on voucher the vouchers or not?

If the preorder isn't on the voucher is it safe to assume it won't be at all?

Thank you for help sorry for this just seeing if I can afford Mario RPG+DQM like I budgeted for/hoped... Or if I just have to choose one
