Monitor caps at 60hz whenever a video is playing on second monitor

I play Genshin Impact and recently started using a FPS unlocker so I can play at 120fps, but because genshin isn't a game you need to be super focused on, I usually play a video or stream on a second monitor (wich is 60hz), but whenever a video is playing, my main monitor seems to cap at 60hz, the fps count is still 120, but it loses all the smoothness, although that only happens when the video is showing on the screen, if I change tabs or even scroll down on youtube, it goes back to normal. Is there a way to solve this? maybe something to do with the video player. thanks in advance
