3 day solo US golf trip in January

I have a free long weekend in the US (2nd week of January) due to a work event up in Seattle, and looking to play golf until my hands hurt and I cant stay on my feet. Coming from the Middle East.

Best place to do so on that time of the year? Thinking about Monterrey, any other option? Used to playing in heat,might suffer in the cold so rather sacrifice the place for the weather!
