Sibling I-130 approved what other steps remaining and what to expect

Hey,

My brother applied I-130 and it was approved much faster than I expected ( less than 6 months) , yes they asked to submit I-824 but what is remaining steps and their timelines ?

I know that sibling petition takes 10+ years but after this approval maybe something changed or it is a fake hope?

I am living abroad and hoping to make it one day to US.
