Do I reach out?

Do I reach out to her sister in law? They just had a kid, and even though my ex and I do not communicate, I unfollowed her on everything and removed her from my followers so she can’t see my stuff. I liked her sister in-law, and respected her, but….apart of me wants to say congratulations on her new child, but apart of me is like, what does that do?
