What banks open up accounts for an Iranian?

So I used to have a bank account here and I did the dumb thing of allowing my father to use my cheque for some school payments.

Long story short: My dad paid in cash but the school would keep trying to cash my cheque. Which obviously ended in my account being closed.

Now it’s been over a year since my account has been closed.

What bank would allow me to open an account?
