Tips on how to remember people?

Hi guys. I’m a small streamer and have just hit 1k mark in following after over a year of streaming. I have 1:1 discussions regularly because I only average about 5-10ish viewers. Getting to know people when they come in is always fun, but I do regularly get a “don’t you remember?” when it’s something about them. I do struggle to remember what we have previously talked about, especially with people coming in to say hi after being away for a while. Do any other streamers experience this? What have you guys done to treat this?
