I feel terrible

Few days ago , maybe like a week ago , a girl I knew posted a picture on her ig story and I could clearly see her right boob through her bra(it was a pretty loose bra) and at that moment I was fapping every week or so but after that I kept fapping to that picture daily , maybe even 2 or 3 times a day and I feel terrible . I am participating in nnn and I'm pretty sure I will succed but I still feel very terrible after fapping to her , any tips on how to feel a little bit better with myself?
