Been waiting since Friday, Oct 20th for my EBT replacement card in Florida. Does it usually take this long?

Still waiting — not sure if to risk ordering a new one and waiting 5-7 days, or wait until this one gets delivered. I have informed delivery and didn’t see anything for today either. So frustrating.
