Coworker pet peeves?

I NEED to know so I can be a good coworker lol- tbh the only ones I have are when people are looking at their phones and miss orders and stuff that needs to come off the grill/out of the fryer (funnily enough I’ve ONLY seen adults do this) or when people keep leaving their stations to do other things. I get helping out in other places when it’s dead but. Cmon. You can’t be mopping in the middle of a rush when we need nuggets down.
