newest lab work results/pending diagnosis

hey! i am 23 (F) and am in the process of getting diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. i have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia but am under the impression i have something else. my main symptoms include: headaches/migraines, sore throat, dry eyes, specific and localized joint pain (elbows, wrists, knees), neck pain/back pain, stomach aches, facial flushing/redness, fatigue, and more.

in november of 2022, i had an autoimmune panel and everything came back fine besides a high ANA of 1:2800, which is very high! i just got some more lab work done, this month. it showed an elevated C4, C3 was on the lower end, high WBC, high neutrophils, high anion gap, low BUN, low BUN/creat ratio, low AG ratio, higher end TSH, low end Vitamin D, reduced/low temp, and low blood pressure. these results were all from yesterday. rheumatologist is monitoring me, has me on HCQ which is helping, but no diagnosis yet. i feel like these labs may finally be revealing something? also, i think i’m gonna see a new rheum anyways bc she always tells me “my body is trying to heal itself and that’s why we have no clues yet” like smh OK! lol! any advice or input would be great, thank you!
