Are old seasons becoming available?

I’ve had Dicovery+, but they now want a 28+% price hike. Recently I’ve been very unhappy that neither Disc+ nor Max were showing ‘current season’ of many shows. However, the latest ad for “Expedition Unknown” now shows the new season (starting Nov. 15) will show on MAX, but not Discovery+.

If I switch to MAX, will I lose access to previous seasons of “Expedition Unknown” (or similar shows)?

Note: I tried to check myself, but MAX won’t let me see/search shows available without a paid subscription… UGH!
