HELP - Foreign Trade Zone with Production Authority - NPF/PF/QUESTAWEB

Is anyone familiar with FTZ and production authority? My workplace has been an FTZ with production authority, which was approved and given to us on a 5-year trial basis. Long story short, we import CFPP yarn from Turkey duty free to use in production in NPF status. The problem is now, our production authority expired on October 25th, and we are not allowed to use any NPF yarn in production until we get the final approval letter. Wondering if anyone has experience with Questaweb (owned by Descartes) software for FTZ management??? Hoping to pick someone's brain on a few things if anyone has any experience and or knowledge! thank you in advance!!!
