Does anybody else get this

I was getting ready to leave the house and as I’m just about to leave my tinnitus went really high pitched and my ear went muffled I almost started crying cos it got worse then it stopped and went back to normal, normal being the same volume it’s been at for a month.

Just wondering if this is something I should go to the hospital over or just wait until my next appointment with a doctor for some context I’ve had tinnitus for about a month
