My Manager not using my perfer name.

So I've been trying to change my name and identity legally soon, and everyone except one person doesn't want to do it. I asked her kindly to please use my perfer name ((which btw is just a shorten version of my birth name)) but she basically made it how SHE prefers to use my birth name because it was pretty and didn't get it. Which in all honesty I found it pretty disrespectful and I don't know how to like come out of the closet on telling her my case. I looked at the McDonald's site where they state how their pro-Lgbtq in the workspace and I asked my Manager if we have any trans policies and she said no. It's just I also don't want angry customers and strangers calling me by my birth name that I am trying to change. Only my family can use it ((they know about my case and call me my perfer name too))

So should I just file a complaint about it or ignore her when she calls me across the room of my birth name instead my perfer?
