AITA for putting Poop on Neighbours car

So this particular neighbour is quite a nuisance:

1. Always park his car at surrounding neighbours housing compound. It’s really annoying.
2. As for his pets, he always let his dogs roam freely.
3. His dogs will poop at neighbours grass or on the middle of the road.
4. The community have been complaining this particular neighbour from time to time.

Today, his pet poop again in front of my house (caught on camera), that I got so fed up that I pick the poop up and put onto his car.
