Week 5/Covid/Paxlovid

Just as I was finishing my fourth week of 2.5mg, the virus ferry bestowed upon me my first Covid infection! I jumped on the Paxlovid and I'm hoping for the best. I've read through a bunch of posts here about the lack of any adverse drug interactions between MJ and Paxlovid but I am concerned about jumping from 2.5 to 5.0 with so much going on.

My first week of 2.5 was a little bumpy, but after that, almost no side-effects apart from very occasional mild nausea. So my question for the group is, does anyone see any reason that I shouldn't push my MJ does back a day or two? The instructions say I have up to four days, so I'm within tolerances there.
