Any good fuel cards in the market?

I recently got the ICICI HPCL Super Saver Rupay Card and this card is absolutely garbage.

It only works when it is swiped on an ICICI POS at a HPCL pump. It was not even mentioned on the T&C document.

Thinking about getting a new card. Monthly fuels spends are 5-8k.
