Is your landfill full? Just delete it and rebuild. [CS2 Bug]

I will give you my amusing anecdote, and tonight when I get home I will try to recreate the issue and record it.

I built a landfill on a peninsula I created by leveling terrain right above sea level. In the process of trying to expand from that peninsula to create another landfill, the leveling tool was raising the landfill like I had the ground raising tool selected. In the process of doing so I triggered another infinite water spawn and it flooded the landfill destroying it. Instead of rebuilding, I deleted the landfill, and it deleted the zone and all the trash inside of it. I was able to properly level the peninsula back to just above sea level and rebuild the landfill.

Anyone else run in to this issue of being able to delete a landfill?
