Embarrassed and Asking for help

I'm feel bad to even ask and compared to others I feel I have it better off ... but I am hoping and wondering if there is anyone who might have a dollar to spare, it would help tremendously.

(I had an important bill that had to be payed this month so I screwed up and now I don't have anything for bus ride and I feel really stupid for letting this happen.. (it was a bill for dentistry and I was late paying it, and it Had to be payed now so there went grocery and bus fair. )

I am also low on groceries but I think I can manage ( I have rice and pasta and rice feels like it can last a while at least ) and bus fair is more important because I have appointments that I can't miss. 20dollars is exactly enough to help me with the bus rides.

I did post on other sub so I copied a bit of my text, I will look into getting an "Amazon wishlist" I didn't know anything about it before. (I live in Sweden and use PayPal and "Swish". It would be nice or even better if I could borrow because I can tet back up and I feel really bad for having to ask when people have it worse.. )
