[M4F] You Don’t Have To Pretend Anymore
I know it's got to be hard to be you. Here we are in 2023 and the whole world is telling you to be proud of who you are. To have pride in your skin and your culture. To be confident and all that comes with that confidence. The problem is though -- you don't really want to be that, do you? You want to be fetishized, even objectified for the color of your skin and for your culture. It's not your fault, really. It's who you are. You were made this way, after all. You can't help the generations your people spent being conquered and colonized. You can't help it is embedded in the very fiber of your being.
It's okay that you feel that way. It really is. I understand it. I try to pretend I don't want to conquer every brown and black and red and yellow girl I see, but I get tired of pretending. So let's not pretend.
Feel free to message me. Tell me your name. Your age. And why this resonated with you.
