DataCenter Floor Design Planner

Looking for a Lan / Computer room design tool that I can use to create a floor plan based on floor tiles that are 2' x 2' each. Obviously, a grid would be the easiest for this however, I don't have access to Visio and, Lucidchart does not have the ability to print the grid you are using to design your layout... which, why the hell not?!

I don't understand why this has to be this complicated. If I can get a tool that allows me to create own little templates for cabinets, desks, etc that would allow me to apply them to a simple grid, I can figure out the rest!

Does anybody use anything low cost and / or Open Source for this?
