4 days late + weird symptoms

i am now currently 4 days late for my period and i can't help but overthink these symptoms

i haven't been receiving my usual premenstrual symptoms (tender heavy breasts, heavy cramping day before period, less discharge, and moodiness ) but instead, random sharp pains in my breasts (usually my left), stomach pains, slight nausea, headaches, fatigue, weird abdominal feelings, bloating, weight loss(?), lots of discharge, congestion, acne, etc.

ive been patiently waiting for my period but i haven't been seeing any good signs of it coming any time soon and it scares me. as of right now i feel light headed and my stomach feels a little queasy. ive been pretty calm this whole month but as my period gets more late ive been getting more worried.

ive only done outercourse this month. ive done both fingering and naked grinding with possible precum/cum (by sperm i mean precum an hour after ejaculation while grinding.) there was a time where my bf ejaculated on my upper stomach and then i was worried it may have dripped down to my vagina.

after looking around, people say there's a chance, but it's unlikely. im worried about that small chance. any help is appreciated.
