Is this normal?

I’m really lucky to have a fun to drive Honda Civic Si 6-speed manual. But I recently got my bike; a Yamaha MT-03 (2 weeks ago). I’ve since noticed that I crave to take my bike absolutely everywhere. Rain, shine, snow, whatever.. I’m even finding excuses or a purpose even if kind of bogus, to go for a ride. Is this normal?
